Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk of your choice
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup or other sweetener
Instructions
- In a jar, mix together all of the ingredients and set in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but best if kept overnight. Stir after it has been in the fridge for 1 hour to avoid clumping. Add more plant-based milk before eating if you prefer it to be less thick.
