This Golden Tahini Dressing is tangy and fresh, perfect for drizzling over a salad or nourish bowl or even using as a dip. It is packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients and will leave you feeling nourished and fulfilled!
Golden Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 tbs lemon or lime juice (juice from 3 lemons)
- 1 large clove garlic, finely minced or pressed
- 1 inch ginger, peeled and finely miced
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1/16 tsp black pepper (a few good cracks)
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbs maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well with either an immersion blender or a whisk. I prefer using an immersion blender as it easily blends everything up smothly but a whisk also works well! Taste and adjust as needed.
