Vegan Parmesan

Perfect to sprinkle on pasta, pizza or even soups and stews! Adding a nice depth of flavor, healthy fats and protein.

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Pulse (in a blender) or blend in a food processor until it forms a fine meal.
