Easy Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce

- 800 g Tomato pasta sauce I like using a mix of arrabiata for a little bit of spice and basilico, but you can use whatever kind of tomato sauce you have on hand!
- 1 cup cashews (140g) which have been presoaked in hot water for 5 minutes. If you have a high-speed blender you can slip this step
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (15g)
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional only add if necessary as your pasta sauce may already have enough salt)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy. Serve with your favorite pasta! Only add enough sauce to coat the amount of pasta that you are serving and save the rest for later.
This sauce stays good in the fridge for 4 days and freezes well for longer storage.
