1/2banana, sliced(can use any fruit you have on hand!)
small handfulblueberries
1strawberrysliced
1-2tbsagave syrup or maple syrup
Instructions
In a small saucepan, add the oats, ground flax seed, chia seeds, hemp seeds, soy milk, vanilla, and 1/2 banana. Let cook over a medium heat uncovered, stirring occasionally. Add more soy milk or water if it gets too thick.
Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh fruit, nut butter, and agave syrup. Enjoy while hot!
